It's the Yeast I Can Do

Kate’s one request for while she was in town was to tackle these adorable critters. They’re a decidedly involved process, requiring two days, Tupperware I didn’t yet own, tedious layering, and precise cutting. My cookie cutter got burro guts (burroffal?) stuck in it early on, so these were largely freehand, and little hooves and heads kept popping off during assembly (Il Padrino much?), but K and M and I had a good time with them regardless. And we got a giant bowl of extra cookie matter to munch on at the same time. I’ll chalk that up to a win.
