Honey peanut butter cookies, 10.18.11
I’m not entirely sure how I made it two years of consistent baking without ever making peanut butter cookies, but when these were requested, I scoured all my usual sources for favorite recipes. This one had me at “honey”; I think it makes all the difference and perfectly plays off the crunchy peanut butter.
